Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Nandini Furnishings, we strive to provide high-quality furnishing products and customized stitching services. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. No Return or Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products purchased through our website.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be returned for a refund.

  1. Exchange Policy for Unstitched Products

Customers may request an exchange for eligible unstitched products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused and unwashed.
The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Exchange requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The customer shall bear the shipping charges associated with the exchange unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery.

  1. Stitched & Customized Products

All stitched, altered, customized, or made-to-measure products are considered personalized items.

No return, exchange, cancellation, or refund will be accepted once the stitching or customization process has started or has been completed.

Customers are advised to carefully verify all measurements, fabric selections, design preferences, and order details before confirming their order.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the event that a customer receives:

A damaged product,
A defective product, or
An incorrect product,

the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with photographs and order details.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or exchange at our sole discretion.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before processing or stitching/customization begins.

Once an order enters production, stitching, customization, or dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  1. Refunds

As a general policy, Nandini Furnishings does not provide refunds.

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the company, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
